Please carefully review our terms and conditions regarding payments and cancellations for your retreat experience. TERMS & CONDITIONS Virtual Training Calls: Recordings will be available for missed live sessions. Refunds or credits are not provided for missed calls. Retreat Cancellations: Participant Cancellation: -60+ Days Before Retreat (before April 20, 2025): 33% of the total payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year. -45–59 Days Before Retreat (April 21 – May 4, 2025): 50% of the total payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year. -Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat (after May 20, 2025): No refunds or credits unless your spot is filled. Global Emergencies or Government Restrictions: If border closures or travel restrictions prevent your attendance, payments will be transferred to a future retreat within one (1) year. Host Cancellation: In the event of host cancellation due to emergencies, all payments will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year. Payment Terms: All payments are final. Payment plans are a legal commitment to pay the full retreat balance as agreed. Failure to complete payment does not release you from this obligation.
