Stepping into a 1:1 dance therapy container allows you to be met & held exactly where you are, in a way that is personalized & tailored to your specific, individual needs.
You may choose to enter a 1:1 mentorship to deepen your personal movement practice, to create a ritual container for your next level of healing, or to evolve & grow through professional mentorship.
1:1 Mentorship with Aliza is available for all genders.

3 Types of Mentorship
Drop-In
Drop In to a 60, 75 or 90 minute inquiry, practice, or medicinal dance ceremony that supports you exactly where you are.
Immersive
3-6 month packages. Contact between sessions; sessions are approx 75 minutes. More info provided upon request.
Professional
Mentorship is by application only and is for practitioners, teachers, and leaders who are ready to take it to the next level.
