TERMS & CONDITIONS

Virtual Training Calls:

• Recordings will be available for missed live sessions.

• Refunds or credits are not provided for missed calls.

Retreat Cancellations:

• Participant Cancellation:

  • 60+ Days Before Retreat (before April 20, 2025): 33% of the total payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year.

  • 45–59 Days Before Retreat (April 21 – May 4, 2025): 50% of the total payment is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year.

  • Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat (after May 20, 2025): No refunds or credits unless your spot is filled.

 

• Global Emergencies or Government Restrictions:

  • If border closures or travel restrictions prevent your attendance, payments will be transferred to a future retreat within one (1) year.

 

• Host Cancellation:

  • In the event of host cancellation due to emergencies, all payments will be credited toward a future retreat within one (1) year.

Payment Terms:

• All payments are final.

• Payment plans are a legal commitment to pay the full retreat balance as agreed. Failure to complete payment does not release you from this obligation.

Additional Notes:

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to aliza@mariposamovement.com.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

 

By submitting payment for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
