RETREAT SCHEDULE
The Harmonize Retreat is intentionally designed to get you back in tune with the wisdom of your body & the rhythms of nature. This retreat is one powerfu, beautiful ritual from start to finish, curated with care by your guide, Aliza Rivka, to support your personal evolution and expansion. Each day we'll connect with a different intention, theme, element and embodiment practice The first half of our week will focus on grounding, orienting, releasing & emptying. The second half of our week will be about re-building, re-harmonizing & re-aligning with our highest vision. In addition to our workshops & sessions, there will be time each day for rest, bodywork, hot tub/sauna, pool & integration time. This is going to be a powerful, deep, fun & life-changing week. Day 1 (FEB 16)
SUNDAY
ARRIVALS | OPENING CIRCLE, DANCE & DINNER

Arrive to Metamorfinca campus for a 2:00pm check in. Settle into your space, enjoy a coconut, take a dip in the river, shower, rest & unpack. Then meet Aliza in the Shala at 4:30 for our opening circle + dance! Dinner will be served at 7:00pm.
Day 2 (FEB 17)
MONDAY
GROUND (ELEMENT: EARTH) | CACAO, DANCE & LAND OFFERINGS

Day 2 is all about orienting deeper to the facilities, the land, our group & our own bodies. Why are we here? What does it mean to harmonize? Today is a day for making offerings to the land, clarifying our intentions & arriving more fully in our bodies together. ​
Day 3 (FEB 18)
TUESDAY
GOING DEEPER (ELEMENT: WATER) | WATERFALL VISIT + MORE DANCE
After a morning movement session with Aliza, we'll visit the majestic San Luis Waterfall to connect more deeply with the elements and the waters of these sacred lands. The theme of today is working with the water element to connect to our felt sense YES & identify our deepest desires.
Day 4 (FEB 19)
WEDNESDAY
READY TO RELEASE (ELEMENT: FIRE) | TEMAZCAL (SWEAT LODGE)
Now that we've identified our yes, it's time to get clear on our sacred no. What’s becoming non-negotiable for us in our life? What's in the way of us and living our truest truth? Today is our fire day, where we burn away all that no longer serves. On this day, we'll experience a traditional Temazcal (sweat lodge) guided by Paloma Coronado. After a nourishing, slow afternoon of rest, we'll gather for a sunset movement session, with a focus on connecting to our highest vision (aka our Butterfly Blueprint).
Day 5 (FEB 20)
THURSDAY
HARMONIZE WITH THE HIGHEST VISION (ELEMENT: AIR)

Now that we've burned away the old & made space inside... it's time to harmonize with our highest vision. Who are we ready to become? What is the highest vision for our life? Today is about integration & celebration. We'll begin the day with an integrating movement session guided by Aliza or Amanda. In the afternoon, we'll have a contact improvisation class guided by a local teacher, followed by an Ecstatic Dance DJ Set by Aliza (with live music accompaniment).
Day 6 (FEB 21)
FRIDAY
PLAY DAY! VISIT TO THE BEACH + LOCAL FARMER'S MARKET

On the continued theme of air, we'll venture out of our retreat bubble to the town of Dominical for the weekly Friday farmer's market. Explore the work of local artists and vendors and experience the local culture. After the market, we'll head to the beach together to connect with Mama Ocean and touch our feet to the sand. When we return to Metamorfinca, we'll have time to rest, followed by an optional sunset yin stretch. After dinner, we'll get to experience a magical sound bath with a local sound artist!
Day 7 (FEB 22)
SATURDAY
INTEGRATION & CELEBRATION (ELEMENT: SPACE)
Because some people will have to travel on this day, we'll have had our closing ceremony the night before. Halle or Aliza will offer an optional early morning movement journey at 7:30 or 8:00am. Breakfast will be around 9:00am, with check out at 11:00am.
Day 7 (FEB 23)
SUNDAY
DEPARTURES | BACK TO EARTH, THE CEREMONY OF LIFE CONTINUES!

Because some people may have to travel early on this day, we'll have our closing ceremony the evening before. Breakfast will be around 9:00am, with check out at 11:00am. Before breakfast there will be time for any final offerings to the land and possibly one more early morning movement session.
