We're between two eclipses right now, a powerful time when deeper themes & truths may come to the surface. During eclipse season, it's important to slow down, pause, listen and connect to the wisdom of our bodies.
On April 7th, the evening before the New Moon Solar Eclipse, join me for a guided dance journey to re-center yourself. We'll end the journey with rest, relaxation & guided yoga nidra to send you off into a peaceful sleep on this eclipse eve.
