Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding payments and cancellations for your retreat experience:

1. Cancellation 60+ Days Before Retreat Start Date (April 20, 2025):
If you cancel for any personal reason 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date, you will forfeit 33% of your total booking as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

2. Cancellation 45–59 Days Before Retreat Start Date (May 5, 2025):
If you cancel for any personal reason between 45 and 59 days prior to the retreat start date, you will forfeit 50% of your total booking as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

3. Cancellation Within 30 Days of Retreat Start Date (May 20, 2025):
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless we are able to fill your spot. If your spot is filled, we will transfer your payment (minus a 50% cancellation fee) to a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the retreat.

4. Cancellations Due to Government Travel Restrictions:
If you are unable to attend due to official government travel restrictions (e.g., border closures that legally prevent travel to Costa Rica), your full payment will be transferred to a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

5. Retreat Cancellation by Aliza Rivka:
If the retreat is canceled by Aliza Rivka for any reason, your full payment will be transferred to a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

6. Illness-Related Cancellations:
If you fall ill prior to your arrival and need to cancel, you will forfeit 50% of your total booking as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be credited toward a future retreat within 1 year of the original retreat start date.

Payment Terms:

• All payments are final.
• Payment plans are a legal commitment to pay the full retreat balance as agreed. Failure to complete payment does not release you from this obligation.

Additional Notes:

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, illness, emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [insert contact email].
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

By submitting payment for this retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
