PREPARATION
Once you enroll, you'll receive the Flight School Welcome Packet with reading assignments, movement homeplay, journaling prompts & playlists from Aliza to prepare you for the journey ahead!
APRIL-JUNE (CATERPILLAR CONSCIOUSNESS)
Opening Ceremony on April 1, 2024 via Zoom!
Starting where we are, we set a strong container for the journey ahead. This trimester covers the basics of ritual & dance facilitation & locates us within a context of dance/movement lineages.
JUNE-SEPTEMBER (ENTER THE CHRYSALIS)
We enter this module together in Costa Rica. Through embodied dance ritual + nature connection, we enter the chrysalis together. Shed all that no longer serves, release who you've been and all that's holding you back as you make space for the new YOU emerging. In this module, begin to practice teach + discover your authentic voice.
SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER (BUTTERFLY BLUEPRINT)
Spread your wings into embodied leadership. Host practice groups within your local community. Clarify your vision for your embodiment offerings and community events. Discover your unique mission, message + brand. Put it all together and begin to fly.
